1. Subscription Plans

All CRM services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Users can choose a plan that best fits their business needs. Payment for subscriptions must be made in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your customer portal (if available).

  • Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing.

  • Access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No partial cancellations or downgrades will result in a prorated refund.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a no-refund policy under the following terms:

  • All payments made are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds for unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction after the subscription has started.

  • Refunds are not applicable once CRM onboarding, automation setup, or service activation has been completed.

However, exceptions may be considered in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure or inability to access the service due to our system issue (verified by our team)

  • For such requests, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of payment. All refund approvals are subject to management review.

4. Trial Periods

If you have signed up under a free trial, no charges will apply until the trial ends. To avoid being billed, you must cancel before the trial period expires.

5. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the latest version.
